Note: – Users who have taken services or products from us are requested to make a refund request within the 30 days of subscription of the services or products. We may take up to 10 days for the refund request.
Charges for Refund Processing
If a user makes a refund request within 24 hours, then no cancellation charge will be applicable.
If the refund request is made within the 15 days of subscription of service, then the 50% amount will be refunded to the user. Rest 50% will be deducted as the subscription cancellation charge.
If the refund request is made after 15 days of purchase of the software, then 70% of the amount will be deducted as a subscription cancellation charge and the 30% amount will be refunded back to the user.
If the refund request is made after the 30 days of purchase of service then no refund request will be processed.
Note: – If the licensed version of the software is installed on a user computer system or any other device then no refund will be provided as the licensed version of the software cannot be resoled.
